Hutoxi Daruwalla has handled important portfolios in leading hotel chains of Gujarat.

An expert in restaurant projects, systems and management she has an invaluable experience of 15 years in the business. As an ardent nature lover, she enjoys gardening and also cooking parsi delicacies for family and friends.

Hutoxi began her career in the Hospitality Industry in 1987. In the last 20 years, some of her key positions included being the General Manager of a 4 star business hotel in Gujarat, India. She was also the Executive Director of "Mirch Masala" - India's first chain of theme Indian restaurants.

In 2006, she started her own international hospitality consulting firm specialising in the complete design and execution of theme restaurants projects and has since completed 3 projects in the UK.

As our main associate for Western India, she handles all assignments for the hospitality industry and has the ability to source a large number of key professionals for all levels of staffing needs.
