Quebec Investors program

Who Can Apply:

  • have net assets of at least C$800,000, acquired through lawful economic activities
  • have a minimum of three years management experience acquired over the course of the 10 years preceding your application for a Québec selection certificate, in a profitable and legal business (agricultural, industrial or commercial), in government or in an international organization. Management experience is here defined as the actual and full-time assuming of the responsibilities and duties related to the planning, management and control of material, financial and human resources, provided that such responsibilities and duties are not assumed in the context of an apprenticeship, training or specialization process attested to by a diploma.
  • sign an investment agreement, undertaking to invest C$400,000, with a financial intermediary (broker or trust company)   
  • There are banks, financial intermediaries who are willing to help you finance almost 70 % of the above amount. We can help you meet their requirements.

Those who wish to partake in the investor immigration program may live anywhere in Canada. Hence their place of residence is not determined by the location of their investment.

Investor applicants will be invited to a selection interview following the examination of their file.

One of the areas where we excel is business and investor programmes. Our financial advisors / associates will help you invest in this program wisely. For individuals not interested in investing all of 400k at a time, we have financial institutions that can support your investment by investing $275k on your behalf. You invest $125k and balance is invested by the bank. In this case your investment is not returned. We can arrange to have these banks support the funding. 

If an applicant does not qualify for Canadian Immigration under this class, we will advise the applicant on why he/she can’t apply at this stage. We may advise of what to work towards and achieve in order to qualify sometime in future
