• Search and match the client with suitable employer after aggressive and extensive job hunt and also industry networking. Provide proper communication platform and arrange for interview over the phone or video conferencing.
• Network with local HR and personnel agencies on behalf of the client to support clients efforts to seek job in the local Canadian market.
• Help the client complete application for HRSDC approval. Counsel and represent client effectively to file application with HRSDC under its various programmes.
• Assist clients and the employer to complete the paperwork at all stages of work visa application process. 
• Help clients with interview skills required to be successful not only with the employers but also at CIC office if required at the visa issuance stage.
• Advise clients of various acts and regulations at all stages of the application. 
• Keep clients abreast of the ongoing process and application status.
